District37. These guys do the LA to Barstow run as well as an Anza Borrego and the San Luis Obisbo Penguins ride.

Sierra Nevada Adventures, some great trip ideas, no idea what they charge but could probably put together most if not all of the rides on our own.

Check out Old Coast Road, off of Highway One between the Bixby Bridge and Big Sur next time driving up/down the coast.
