Things to ponder

  • Lighting
  • Heated floor
    • Probably electric w/ concrete/self-leveler over it, possibly stain
  • Beer fridge, maybe "outside"
  • Sink, probably outside.
  • Hidden moto-lift in center?
  • Computer station
  • Double hinged barn doors w/ "lights".
    • Want to be able to use as a regular "door" as well, seems reasonable.
    • Double hinged will allow opening w/ tighter clearance in front.
  • Would like to extend roof out front for added covered working area
    • Elevated cross-members and widely spaced vertical supports at far corners.
    • Integrate w/ moto-shed
  • Moto-shed: integrate riding gear storage
    • helmets
    • gloves
    • jackets/pants
    • boots
  • Pour concrete drive-way.
    • Figure out how to minimize elevation change from driveway to workshop and moto-shed but still deal w/ drainage.
  • Compressor and compressed air line
    • Put compressor "outside" in an insulated "room" of it's own.
  • Welding/plasma station.
  • Materials storage:
    • Misc wood
    • Sheet metal and plywood
    • Misc metal
