Tusk LED Flasher Relay, $15 at RockyMountain.
Tusk LED MiniStalks, $25 at RockyMountain. Simple and affordable, would probably be fine but likely need to seal them up w/ silicone.
Tusk Round LEDs, $20 could be an easy/cheap option, similar to the ETrailer units below for $7 tho... not sure how if/how much they differ other than the lens color.
