  • Get some legal docs to cover worst case scenarios for both sides.
    • Conditions if one party wants to sell out.

  • Phreaner's setup in Utah: Verbal agreement w/ his brother, no legal docs.
  • Frank Davis' setup in Montana: Legal document of joint ownership on file with madison county. Has discussed a second legal document to deal with death issues but hasn't gotten around to it yet.

  • Strength of TrexDeck is high, unlikely there'd ever be enuf snow to hurt that deck, long term cold water/ice on wood below isn't good for it tho so clearing it off is still recommended.
