Windshield Wiper

Equipment needed:

  • balance ball and a floor.

Technique:

  • Bridge w/ shoulders on floor and feet on ball w/ straight legs.
  • Arms flagged to side for stability and ready to make a snow angle should the opportunity present itself.
  • Tuck pelvis and lock abs
  • Lift one leg to vertical and then let it flop to the opposite side like a dead fish.

Caution

  • Be careful not to crush your testicles between yer thighs.

Targets

  • Done correctly, this exercise will impress the chicks at the gym and is certain make them swoon.
