Equipment needed:
- balance ball and a floor.
Technique:
- Bridge w/ shoulders on floor and feet on ball w/ straight legs.
- Arms flagged to side for stability and ready to make a snow angle should the opportunity present itself.
- Tuck pelvis and lock abs
- Lift one leg to vertical and then let it flop to the opposite side like a dead fish.
Caution
- Be careful not to crush your testicles between yer thighs.
Targets
- Done correctly, this exercise will impress the chicks at the gym and is certain make them swoon.
