Stains

  • Stuff on DK guest room dresser and bed: Genarl Finishes water based dye stain.
    • Black Cherry Wood Stain
    • Cinnamon Dye Stain.
  • Try General Finishes Enduro Var or Target's EM 2000. Both have a nice amber color reminiscent of a oil based varnish.

Router Table

  • Jessem Looks solid and comes recommended over the Festool unit in this LumberJocks Review of the Festool unit
  • The Festool router table sounds pretty nice but also has some semi-mixed reviews, especially considering the price. Need to do a bit more research.
  • BenchDog Router Table also sounds like a solid option. BenchDog ProMax-RT cast iron top, available as top only, could build own base or even use saw horses or something. Could be more versatile and storable... hrmmm.
