ADVRider thread with lots of stats on panniers, weights, dimensions...
Great advrider thread on the Kriega 30L bags which might be good for the EXC. and more info here... as of 201406 sounds like they need better buckles, more solid tie-ins of the straps to the bags.

Metal Mule some say they're too tuff and heavy, can transfer forces to subframe...

Pelican Case Pannier systems
- ADVRider thread on Pelican Cases
- Caribou Cases based on Pelican cases and have full rack systems as well. Claim their lock system helps keep forces away from subframe etc.
